Halfmoon Bay is a neat little town to spend the day in. There are a lot of shops that sell art, antiques, and many other craft items. The handmade items come off as well polished, not some half hearted attempt to fake effort. This is a place to just look at well appointed.... well... stuff. Take the time, this place is well known to the natives and is being built up. A drive south out of town takes you to some very beautiful views.
